A special mini event for Destiny Games
As we approach the final stages of development for Destiny Games, we're thrilled to announce "Tester 4", our fourth tester event. This mini halfway event is designed to bring together our dedicated player roster, new participants, our tester team and some of our staff for a fun, collaborative testing experience. Unlike our usual test events, Tester 4 lets players play a test without worrying about penalties for being testers. It's also a fantastic opportunity for content creators to stream and create content while helping us identify bugs and areas for improvement.
Event date and participation
Tester 4 will take place on the 14th of September 2024 at 8 PM BST. If you want to join in, you can find the participation form on the Astrofox Studios website. The staff sign-up form is also available there if you're interested in becoming a part of the team. Signups will close on the 4th of September 2024 to allow us time to prepare.
Event structure
Tester 4 will feature four games: Speed Through Space, Void Hunters, Cosmic Combat and Wipeout Rush. As a special treat, Capture the Flag will be the final game of the event, where the top 2 teams will face off. Players will be grouped into eight teams of five, assembled by our team-making staff. Throughout the event, participants will have the chance to vote for their preferred games in the selection sphere.
Looking forward
After three years of development, we're incredibly proud of how far Destiny Games has come, and Tester 4 is our way of showing off all the hard work that's gone into making it something special. We're beyond excited and deeply grateful for the ongoing support from our community.
